The staff were really good too make us feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies at reception did an amazing job calming him down and making our stay stress-free. The hotel's location was also a major advantage. It was conveniently situated just near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. it was close to Rosehill racecourse and provided easy transport to the Westfield shopping center.

Comfortable bedding, beautiful view of Rosehill and Harbour Bridge. Amenities include tea, coffee, toiletries. Appreciated special price and close proximity to Westmead Hosp. Clear TV, Bible, and radio in room. Free breakfast and secure parking. Friendly staff in restaurant and reception areas. Perfect location near Westfield Parammata. Recommending to others and will return.

The location was perfect, situated near the Rosehill railway station and just a short distance from various attractions. My room was spacious and well-designed, providing ample space for relaxation and work.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the nearby road and the shower being in the bathtub, these did not significantly impact my overall stay.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for me as it was near the train station which made transportation so much easier. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were friendly and always willing to help. The room had all the amenities I needed and more including a kitchen and washing machine. The outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa center were excellent for relaxing after a long day.
I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends who are looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel with top-notch service.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Parramatta's CBD and the nearby Rosehill race course. It was conveniently located near bus stops and a train station, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was also situated down the Paramatta river, offering a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good quilt on the bed and a comfortable mattress. The air conditioning system was effective in regulating the room temperature. The buffet breakfast provided was delicious and high-quality.
The car park had narrow ramps, which made it difficult for medium or large cars to maneuver.
